Meredith Kasheta

FOUNDER

The MMC Agency was founded by Meredith Kasheta, a published author, speaker & contributor to various magazines, industry papers, book compilations, and conferences.

Meredith has over a decade of experience helping businesses grow their brand through website design, copywriting, and strategy.

And one of the things she’s most proud of? Working with the fantastic team and clients that make The MMC Agency so special. 

Outside of work, Meredith loves spending time with her family (which includes her husband, two daughters, and one fluffy pup) and friends. She also enjoys visiting new places (and trying new restaurants while there)!

Meredith has been featured in CEO World Magazine, Lady Boss Blogger, as well as on NBC, with her products featured in Life and Style Magazine, Midtown Miami Magazine, BuzzFeed, and Thrive Global.

Sue

Business Development and Sales Manager
Sue brings over 20 years of marketing and sales experience to The MMC Agency. She leads with deep industry knowledge and a commitment to integrity, always prioritizing relationships. Her approach aligns seamlessly with our customer-first philosophy, ensuring clients feel heard and supported throughout the sales process and beyond.  When not building relationships, Sue enjoys the time she gets to spend with her adult children and grandbabies.

Mae

Lead Project Manager
Mae brings her strong background in customer service and sales to drive and manage The MMC's expanding portfolio of clients. After successfully growing and managing a book of clients in her last role, Mae joined The MMC as a Project Manager. She provides a customer-first approach and helps guide clients from onboarding to post-launch success! Outside of The MMC, Mae loves spending time with her close-knit circle of friends and family - and her two cats, who love to join video calls with the team occasionally.

Macey

Lead Website Designer
With more than 10 years of professional design experience, Macey leads MMC's creative efforts. Macey works step-by-step to build a strategic, effective brand identity and an online home that reflects our client’s unique values and position. Her experience as a marketing manager for a leading hospitality company, among other roles, has uniquely prepared her to create strategy-first designs and to oversee our design team. Outside the office, Macey enjoys quality time with her husband and two children, often experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Muhammad

Graphic Designer
Muhammad brings a decade of experience and a sharp, creative eye to The MMC Agency. His design expertise spans websites, brochures, newsletters, and more, all of which bring our clients’ brands to life in a fresh and modern way. Muhammad is a key contributor to elevating our clients’ aesthetic and helping them achieve success. When not designing, Muhammad spends time with his wonderful family and pets (including some surprisingly cuddly chickens)!

Amir

Website Developer
Amir is a skilled developer who has spent over ten years refining his technical skills. From foundational WordPress builds to custom-coded features, he approaches every project with a can-do mindset and a commitment to quality. Amir’s work ensures that each MMC website is not only functional and tailored to client needs but also built on a strong, scalable foundation for long-term success. When not at work, Amir enjoys spending time with his family, celebrating life’s special moments, and taking trips to explore together.

Natalie

Webmaster
Natalie is The MMC Agency’s go-to technical guru, bringing a strong marketing background and a sharp problem-solving skillset to her role as Webmaster. She ensures our clients’ websites run smoothly, securely, and efficiently, handling everything from routine maintenance and updates to malware removal and unexpected technical challenges. With a calm and capable approach, Natalie keeps digital operations steady behind the scenes. When she’s not working on tech, Natalie enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.

Gabby

Support Crew
Gabby is a key part of The MMC’s success, with her ability to juggle administrative, financial, and organizational tasks. Whether you’re reaching out for the first time or starting the onboarding process with The MMC, chances are you’ll run into Gabby, who is consistently helping behind the scenes. When not supporting The MMC team, Gabby enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her pup - and enjoying the sunshine poolside.

Beyond the MMC

While we love our team and our clients, we recognize the unique opportunity a business has to contribute to doing good in the world. In 2025, we committed to donating 10% of our profits.

Access to Affordable Mental Health and Counseling Support

We believe that everyone is inherently valuable and that access to counseling and resources can have a profoundly positive impact on health and healing. Unfortunately, oftentimes, counseling and mental health services can be expensive and overwhelming to navigate.

We’re proud to support Grace Counseling in Central Florida, which is committed to providing affordable counseling services provided by experienced and compassionate professionals. At The MMC Agency, we believe that people come first - and that everyone deserves to be loved and cared for.

Husky Dog Rescue

People come first at The MMC Agency, but dogs are a close second. Our founder, along with her husband, have rescued and fostered multiple dogs through a local Florida rescue (Husky Haven) dedicated to saving and finding forever homes for huskies.

They may be a little wild, but these four-legged fluffballs will always have a special place in our hearts.
